Course content is designed to teach healthy, plant-based dessert preparation techniques using natural ingredients, including but not limited to: nuts, seeds, natural sweeteners, coconut products, and fresh fruits. All recipes and techniques shared are original creations of the course instructor.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ACCESS3.1 Account Creation
To access purchased courses, you must create a personal account on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Single User License
IMPORTANT: Each account is licensed for use by ONE INDIVIDUAL ONLY. Account credentials (username and password) are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, colleagues, or any third party.
3.3 Access Duration
Access to course content is granted according to your selected pricing plan:
• Basic Plan: 30 days of access from the date of purchase
• Premium Plans: Lifetime access (as long as the Platform remains operational)
Access duration begins from the moment your payment is confirmed. Once access expires for time-limited plans, you will no longer be able to view course content unless you purchase a new subscription.

4. PAYMENT TERMS4.1 Payment Methods
Payment for courses is accepted exclusively via credit or debit card. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
4.2 Payment Processing
Online payments are processed under maximum security conditions using secure payment processing systems. After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during registration.
Our payment processor uses the latest 3D-Secure security standard for secure online transaction authentication. This security measure involves redirecting you to a secure page where each cardholder is authenticated using a unique code for each online transaction.
4.3 Payment Information
To complete a payment, you will need to provide the following card details: card number (16 digits), expiration date (month and year), CVC or CVV code (3 digits), and the name on the card. This information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on specialized payment system servers. ELVIRAW HEALTH LAB does not collect or store your card details.
4.4 Currency Conversion
If your card currency differs from the transaction currency (USD), the conditions of your issuing bank will apply to the currency conversion of the amount charged to your card account.
5. REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any course purchases. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
